Términos de uso para alquilar una bici

El Servicio de alquiler es un producto de Bikes Rental Formentera. Estas condiciones generales son una parte integral de cada contrato de alquiler. Con su firma se confirma que el cliente ha leído, comprendido, y aceptado los términos y condiciones del alquiler sin ninguna excepción

  1. Entrega de la bicicleta: Estás alquilando una bicicleta de calidad, limpia y bien cuidada. Si observas algún detalle que no se adapte a tus necesidades, por favor, coméntalo en este momento.
  2. Devolución de la bicicleta: Devuelve la bicicleta en el lugar y hora acordados, con todos los accesorios incluidos. Si falta algún elemento, se cobrará el 50% del valor del producto. Coméntalo en el momento de la entrega para asegurar que todo esté en orden. La bicicleta debe devolverse en las mismas condiciones de uso que en el momento de la entrega, aunque pueda estar más sucia por el uso.
  3. Prolongación del contrato de alquiler: Si deseas prolongar el alquiler, no hay problema. Solo necesitas avisarnos antes de la finalización del contrato actual en Bikes Rental Formentera. Nos encanta que disfrutes más tiempo de tu visita en bicicleta, pero necesitamos confirmar la disponibilidad y posibles reservas.
  4. Edad mínima del cliente: Jóvenes de todas las edades pueden usar el servicio de alquiler. Los menores de edad estarán bajo la responsabilidad de sus padres o tutores.
  5. Servicio de alquiler y precios correspondientes: Los precios varían según el número de bicicletas, los días de alquiler y los accesorios requeridos.
  6. Seguro: El precio del alquiler es accesible. Te proporcionamos un candado de seguridad de 8 mm y las bicicletas cuentan con antirrobos en las ruedas y el sillín. Se solicita tu colaboración y te enseñamos a asegurar la bicicleta correctamente.
  7. Responsabilidad del cliente: Debes disfrutar al máximo respetando la bicicleta, los accesorios y la isla. Solo te pedimos que la trates con cuidado, teniendo en cuenta las capacidades tanto tuyas como de la bicicleta. Si ocurre algún problema, coméntalo lo antes posible para solucionarlo.
  8. Defectos durante el tiempo del alquiler: Informa a Bikes Rental Formentera de la localización de la bicicleta y su estado, y te enviaremos ayuda. Si es posible, se reparará in situ; de lo contrario, se te proporcionará una bicicleta de reemplazo. Los pinchazos están exentos.
  9. **No suele pasar, pero si no devuelves la bicicleta, se procederá a denunciarte por robo por el valor de la(s) bicicleta(s) alquilada(s). Queremos que tengas una experiencia inolvidable.

    En virtud del cumplimiento de la normativa EMVCo, MasterCard, VISA y la Directiva Europea PSDII, durante la operación de pago electrónico comunicará información referida a la conexión empleada en la sesión al Banco emisor de la tarjeta para proceder a la validación de la operación de pago realizada por el usuario

  7. Customer responsibility: You must enjoy to the fullest while respecting the bike, accessories, and the island. You are only asked to treat it with care, knowing what each one, and the bicycle, can do. If something happens, discuss it as soon as possible to fix the problem.
  8. Defects during the rental time: First, inform Bikes Rental Formentera of the location of the bicycle and its condition, and help will be sent to you. If possible, it will be repaired on site; otherwise, the bicycle will be replaced. Punctures are exempt.
  9. **It does not usually happen, but if you do not return the bicycle, you will be reported for theft for the value of the rented bicycle(s). We want you to have an unforgettable experience.
