Where are the offices to pick up my vehicle?
On our website you will find all our rental points. Ask us for deliveries in different points to our offices.
What does the rental price include?
The rental price includes insurance for third parties and collision insurance with franchise.
There is the possibility of hiring a supplementary insurance with more coverage.
Do I have to leave a deposit?
For the deposit you need an open credit card, or a cash amount according to the vehicle model.
Is there a cancellation fee?
If the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours in advance there are no charges. Within 48 hours you will have a one-day rental penalty.
Can I add an additional driver?
Yes, you can do it, providing your driver’s license and passport / ID. The cost for the additional driver is € 5 per day.
Do I have to go to the office to extend the contract?
To extend your contract you must go to our offices to carry out the procedure. We recommend doing it as far in advance as possible.
Do I have to pay a supplement for being a young driver?
